Performing precision tune up on 2002 Tempstar Furnace, system runs. System has major ash build up under the flue and inducer assembly from improper combustion due to high static pressure - this is caused by very old and inefficient ductwork. Ducts are leaking air at connections and pulling in dust and debris as a result. Cleaned system as much as possible and made a minor repair to help increase airflow.
Furnace tune up on a 16 year old Tempstar. Making sure this furnace is up to par! Replaced a capacitor to help the system run smoothly! Get it done right, get it done by Certified!
Performing AC tune up on 1999 Carrier condenser, system runs. Cleaned out high efficiency drain system and checked electrical and safety components inside furnace. Checked refrigerant levels and electrical components in condenser and made recommendations as needed to keep system running as long as possible. Highly recommend adding compressor saver kit and having annual maintenance performed on system.
