I just completed a air conditioning maintenance in Suisun City for my client, Mary! I was very happy to see that their fan inside their furnace is one of the cleanest I have seen in a long time! It looks like it just came out of the factory! :D
Arrived at the Santoyo residence and the condenser wasn’t working while calling for cool, I was informed that the disconnect plug was missing and possibly misplaced due to technical error. I found a 30amp disconnect plug and reconnected it, now system is running optimal
Finishing off the day in Audubon city. This is a very old carrier unit from 1990. Everything is still holding on by a thread so client decided to get a deep cleaning to make this machine last as long as possible. In the Dover Terrace neighborhood of Suisun, Ca. for a home that is in escrow. The new homeowner is interested in upgrading the current furnace and AC units and I am providing options.
Came to Suisun for a furnace repair with Jeremiah. The unit was not working upon arrival. After testing all components, we noticed that the inducer motor was not functioning properly. We continued to do a full inspection on the entire furnace and reviewed our diagnosis with the customer.
Performed diagnostic on 40 year old air conditioner. Unit had never been looked at by previous owners. New owners discovered that the house was not cooling well. Unit was covered with a bed liner during operation which caused the system to fail due to over heating
