After having terrible customer service experiences, or lack of customer service entirely, with the company that installed our new boiler 2 years ago we elected to call Mike at Champion Air when we had no heat on this cold and rainy November Sunday. Mike was on-site within the hour, diagnosed the problem and got our heat running quickly! I feel Mike is experienced, honest and has integrity. I would definitely recommend Mike and Champion Air for heating issues.
