Arrived at home inspection after home inspector had made a list of repairs. Emergency drain pan was slightly rusted in unit #2, although pan is structurally sound and had no sign of leaking. Upstarts bathroom had no hot water under sink or shower. Hot water valve was shut off under sink, and shower handel fixture just needs to be replaced or fixed. Half bathroom commode just needs a minor tank build replacement to stop water from constantly running. There was said to be exposed wire on outside condenser. After inspection of condenser the low voltage wiring is still incased from original casing from factory and has no exposed wire. Estimates attached for work that needed to be done.
