Upon arrival found upstairs unit not cooling. Checked inside unit and found everything operational. But didn’t hear the outdoor unit running. Checked outdoor unit and found that the contactor wasn’t allowing voltage to pass through. Recommended replacing contactor, washing coil and adding a start assist to system. Homeowner approved repairs, replaced contactor, added start assist and washed coil. Checked pressures and pressures were good. System is now cooling properly at this time.
