Upon arrival found the system giving a P4 error code. Looked up error code and found it was related to the inverter board in outdoor unit. Ohmed out compressor and it was reading 1.7. Manual stated to ohm out board with compressor terminals off and it should have a resistance of 1.7. Meter read OL. System has a bad inverter board. Homeowner mentioned unit should be under a part warranty will check on labor. Due to time will have to get pricing in the morning.
