Upon arrival i found water heater flue not connected properly, improper clearances to water heater flue. I also found furnace flue disconnected in attic, allowing flue gasses to be exhausted into the attic, as well as heating up the roof decking and truss which is could potentially be a fire hazard. Gave price of 100 dollars to fix flues and clearances.
