Upon arrival found systems Tstat off again. Checked drain line and found it dry. Drain pan was full. Removed water out of drain pan and let system run to produce condensation. Noticed that water was also piling up in the back corner of evaporator pan. Checked units level and found it leaning backwards. With approval cleaned evaporator coil and re-leveled air handler. System is now draining properly and could see the water draining.
