Performed a three system maintenance checking cooling. Checked inside units, amp draws, blower capacitors and changed customer supplied filters on the upstairs and downstairs, also supplied filter for master system. Filter sizes are aprilaire 410, 20x25x4, 20x25x1. Checked drains and ductwork. Then checked outdoor units pressures, amp draws and capacitors. Found that the contactor for the upstairs was pitted and worn out, found that the capacitor for the downstairs unit was reading 16 out of 45, recommended replacing contactor and the capacitor. With approval replaced parts and tested equipment. System are now operating properly at this time.
