During service call went ahead and preformed 2 system maintenance Due to blower unable to check correct Amp draws on condenser fan motor or compressor as well as pressures for the upstairs unit. Checked run capacitors checked contactors checked bearings checked blades checked electrical connections checked Amp draws checked pressures checked temp split checked disconnects checked duct work Found 20x25x1 filters very dirty / changed during visit home owner supplied Very dirty condenser coils / cleaned during visit Need to order motor and return to install it.
