Checked Amp draws checked gas pressures checked operations on all 3 zones checked bearings checked temp split checked ignitor cleaned flame sensor replaced home owner supplied 1inch filter inspected Found Unit has no surge protection to protect control board or blower motor from power surges Unit has no IAQ (Indoor air quality).
