Turned thermostat to cool and ran system through cooling cycle. Took temp reading on supply and return air. Checked static pressure on duct system. Checked electrical components. Delta t is higher than it should be (temp difference is very high). Blower capacitor is weak and needs to be replaced. Blower motor is leaking grass out of bearings and may be on its way out. Evaporator coil is installed improperly causing low airflow through evaporator coil. Should have had a transition between furnace and evaporator coil. System will flood liquid back to compressor and/or freeze up due to improper installation. Condensing coil is very dirty and needs to be cleaned. Dual run capacitor is bad in condensing unit (35/1.7 out of 55/5). Recommend replacing dual run capacitor. Couldn't check refrigerant levels due to dirty condensing coil and rain. Ductwork is undersized. Unit is ducted for a 3 ton and system there is 4 tons. Ine duct run is collapsed. Recommend to correct ductwork. Need to send la
