When I started the maintenance I started with the The electric heat strips and get the amp draws, but after testing the power wires and none of them have ig a load I started to look at the wireing at the t-sat and they looked right, then I started looking and test for 24 volts at the zone control board, it had 24v at the tsat incoming to board but from the board outgoing to the air handler there was no 24v, after I jumped out the heat strips to come on I got the aunt drawl off of condenser fan blower motor and compressor and took multiple pictures of the electric meter Upon arrival turned both zones heat on. Waited for emergency heat to come on. Checked inside unit and found both heat strips on. System is working properly at this time.
