Dispatched to downatairs thermostat not calling for heat. Upon arrival downstairs was heating just fine. Customer explained that it is more of an intermediate problem that sometimes randomly he doesn't heat the thermostat click and call for heat. But after reseting the thermostat it works. I checked wiring and voltages to the thermostat and attached to the board. Although there are several problems with the furnace (23 years old) none that would pertain to this specific problem.
