Performed a three system maintenance checking heating. Checked all electrical, mechanical and safety components, checked heat exchangers, gas pressures and cleaned flame sensors. All systems are operating properly at this time. I did find that the capacitor for the master bedroom blower was reading 2.5/5 mfd. recommended replacing. Joy wanted to think about it since she’s considering replacing system in spring. Emailed estimate over to replace capacitor.
