Performed preventative maintenance for 4 heat pump systems. System #1- model #ae30bx21d, serial #w1g9089421. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Replaced the air filter size 16x20x1, checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I powered the system up and called for heat. The blower motor amp draw is 1.6 and the supply temp is 120°F. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 1.1 for the fan and 7.4 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range for the temperature outside today. System #2- model #ae24bx21d, serial #w1e9944059. I powered the system down and removed the access panels.
