Performed preventive maintenance on a Coleman heat pump system. The outdoor unit as well as the indoor coil were checked. All findings were within the specs of the manufacturer’s recommendations. The homeowner replaced a 20x20x1 air filter before our arrival. There was an 18 degree delta T. The system was operational for during the service without any faults.
