Installed new Fujitsu two zone mini split. Installed new condenser pad with heat pump risers. Ran a new high voltage wire with a 20 amp breaker, with new disconnect box and surge protector and new high voltage wire. To the heat pump. Ran two new line sets and new drainage and new communication wire. All the line sets and wiring is cover in slim duct. System is operating properly at this point. Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Unit is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 2-3 years. Performed dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, flex hose, rear of dryer and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years.
