Performed preventative maintenance for newly installed boiler system. Cleaned burners and burner compartment. Inspected all the electrical components. Inspected piping for any leaking. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Performed a combustion analysis on the boiler. System is operating at 83% efficiency with a CO level of 10ppm. PA was out April 2022 for primary circulator making a bunch of noise. Retested the circulator since it was shut down to see if there’s issues with it. Upon inspection I found the circulator still making rubbing noise. Spoke with RC and he recommended replacing the cartridge for the taco 0014 as first attempt to repair the circulator. This is covered under new install warranty. Will have to return to replace the cartridge. I also was out to inspect the heat zone down the far end of the second floor. Made adjustments to wires and was able to get it running. The thermostat was operating as it should as well as confirmed proper low voltage. FWI for boiler main
