Performed preventative maintenance for a high efficiency Weil McLain boiler. Upon arrival the system was calling for heat. The homeowner stated that they had an issue with the nest thermostat but it corrected itself. I went down to the boiler and took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is 9.0% and the co levels are 33ppm. The circulator pumps are operating properly and there are no signs of leaks or corrosion on the copper piping. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Tested the drain line for leaks and clogs. Removed and replaced the igniter, flame proof pad and gaskets. Cleaned out the burner box and re assembled the system. I tested the system by calling for heat and observed the system Heat until it reached the temp limit of 180°F.
