Performed preventative maintenance for high efficiency furnace. Cleaned the burners and flame sensor. customer supplied aprilaire 413 specialty filter. Inspected all electrical components. Inspected the gas piping, exhaust and air intake. Inspected the condensate drain piping. Inspected all tubing coming from collector box of any blockages. No blockages at this time. Inspected the bypass humidifier operation to confirm it is working properly. Customer supplies the #35 water panel for the humidifier. Performed a combustion analysis on the furnace. System is operating at 95% efficiency with a CO level of 8ppm. Customer also has a Reme-Halo air purifier that he replaced the cell I recommended last year. Reme was still not working after cell replacement. Last year I Found that the ballast is no good and needs replacing. customer wants to just replace the unit at this time since it’s now past warranty.
