Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox heat pump, model # XP14-048-230-09, serial #5816LO7724l. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Performed humidifier service for a Aprilaire model 600. I removed the old #35 water panel and installed a new one. Cleaned out the housing and drain. Tested the system for proper operation and leaks. I powered the system back up and called for heat. The blower motor amp draw is at 4.6. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 12.6 for the compressor and .96 for the fan. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range for the temperature outside today. The supply temp is at 116°F. The system is operating properly at thi
