Performed preventative maintenance for air conditioning system. Inspected all the electrical components. Replaced the customer supplied air filter (16x25x1). Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Inspected the drain piping into the French drain. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return. System is operating at a 20° Differential on an 80° day. Tested the amp draw for the blower, compressor and fan motor. All were operating within the manufacturer specs. System is operating properly at this time.
