On arrival discovered (1) water sensor not powered. System has (2) separate water sensors. Replaced the part on site. After starting system up, there was an extended delay for the “cool on” function to start. When it finally started it ran for a minute and shut off. Began to test low voltage and found the fuse had tripped. Disconnected low voltage at the outdoor unit and initiated another call for ac. Verified 24 volts reading across the outdoor low voltage. Replaced the contactor. Connected the wiring back up and it took about a minute for the contactor to “pull in” which is not typical. Eventually the contactor pulled in and the system started up. The system ran several times without issue. System is currently operating properly. N/C for contactor and diagnostic because customer has a repair agreement.
