Did a new heat call On Coleman heat pump. After overlooking all the equipment the heat pump outside was working fine, but the blower motor on the install was not working. It was humming like it wanted to start but it would not. Then after v Visually inspecting all the wiring I noticed that one of the wires going to the sequencer on the heat pack was completely burnt. Will need to replace the sequencer and will need to replace blower motor and the module. M# Ae30bx21 s# W1e8797696. Will need to call customer back to give her a price on the repair.
