Performed preventative maintenance for a Bryant heat pump model #225bna030-A, serial #3515E08153. Upon arrival I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are very dirty and should be cleaned to provide better heat transfer. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I powered the system back up and called for heat. I observed the system starting normally. The condenser coil’s are in good condition. The heat pump amp draws are .3 for the fan and 7.0 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range. The system is operating properly at this time. See estimates.
