Came out today for a system not cooling properly. Upon inspection I found that the thermostat was calling for ac at 72° and it is currently 83 at the thermostat. The temperature split is at a 20. I noticed that there is a new air filter in the system and a severely clogged filter on the floor. The condenser coil’s are clean and in good condition. The refrigerant pressures are 155/326. Sc is at 7 and sh is at 23. I cannot find any issues with the system at this time. In my professional opinion the system is operating properly. This is a Warehouse setting where they use machinery that put off a lot of heat and we are also currently in the middle of a heat wave. Bill out due to contact not here.
