Performed preventative maintenance for air conditioning system. Customer replaced the air filter (16x25x1). Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Inspected the drain and condensate pump. Drain pipe was clear and pump was working as it should. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return. System was operating at a 20° differential. Tested the amp draw for the compressor, blower and fan motor. All were operating within the manufacturer specs. Inspected the condenser and evaporator coils for any airflow restrictions. Found no issues with airflow. System is operating properly at this time.
