Came out today to diagnose a Lennox condenser that makes a loud noise when shutting down. Upon inspection I found that the noise is actually coming from the condenser fan motor shutting down. I took an amp draw reading, .93 for the fan and 14.2 for the compressor. Recommend replacing the condenser fan motor and capacitor (75+10). The homeowner has the original signed agreement that states 10 yr labor and parts warranty (see photo). Collecting for the diagnostics today. Chud office will have to call the homeowner with a repair date.
