Performed preventative maintenance for a Coleman system model #CC7B4821SA, serial #W1D6510946. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Replaced the air filter (homeowner supplied) size 20x25x4 Merv11. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The temperature split is at a 20. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 1.6 for the fan and 9.5 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range for the temperature outside today. Homeowner is pre paying for fall heat maintenance.
