Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 3 bedroom apt. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Unit is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 2-3 years. Unable to perform dryer vent cleaning due to pouring rain and being a second floor vent above unstable ground. Customer is ok with us performing the job the next time we are at the edge.
