Performed preventative maintenance for a Goodman system model #ck36-1a, serial #0001578064. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the system was clogged And leaking in the attic. The secondary drain pan was full of water due to a clogged clean out T further down the drain line. I removed the clog at the clean out T and vacuumed out the remainder of the water. I also vacuumed out the drain line. I tested the system with multiple bottles of hot water and the system is draining properly. Replaced the air filter size 20x20x1. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor amp draw is within normal range. The temperature split is at a 19. The condenser coil’s are clean and in fair condition. The amp draws for the condenser are within normal range. The system is operating properly at this time.
