Completed preventative maintenance for high efficiency gas furnace. System is operating properly at this time. Cleaned the flame sensor. Cleaned out the burner box and burners. Checked for obstructions in the exhaust, intake, inducer, pressure switches, cold end header box and hoses. No obstructions found at this time. All electrical components are working properly at this point. Checked capacitor for inducer motor. Capacitor is operating properly within the rated microfarad range. Checked one inch air filter. Replaced customer supplied air filter. CO level is in the safe operation range (15ppm). Performed humidifier service. Replaced #35 water panel and cleaned out humidifier.
