Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox system. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there is no leaks or clogs. Replaced the air filter size 16x25x1. Checked all electrical components needed for air conditioning to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I observed the system starting normally. The blower motor amp draw is at 1.6. The temperature split is at a 19. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .68 for the fan and 4.9 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are 135/246. These are normal readings for 410-A refrigerant with an ambient temperature of 75°. The system is operating properly at this time. No charge MA.
