Came out today to apply high temp cement around the flue pipe. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the issue. I powered the system down and removed any loose dirt or debris from around the flue pipe. I added some support to the flue pipe to help prevent this from happening again. I applied new cement to the damaged area. I advised the homeowner that the cement will need time to cure. The system is operating properly at this time. See photos.
