Gabe was helpful, professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining what the problem was with the A/C. He tried very hard to be able to fix both broken parts, but one was not available at the supply location after 5 pm. But he will be back by 8 am tomorrow! Unfortunately it took a week for us to be able to get an appointment and we have been hot.

I was concerned when CJS bought out Swiss Air, because I appreciated the wonderful customer service that Swiss Air provided. I'm very pleased that the new company cares as much about its clients and employees as the old one did.
