I was in need of scheduling my spring tune up for my air conditioner. I heard about CJS on the radio and thought I’d make a change. I completed my due diligence as I search the yelp reviews and other areas are coming back with very positive reviews With that i called and spoke to Kerry. She was delightful to speak to on the phone and helpful to find a time that worked for me. Ahmed, my technician was prompt and very polite. It is important to mention that I felt safe with having him in my home as I’m female and live by myself. The work was thorough and my air-conditioning is back up and working. I will definitely call CJS for my fall check.

Awesome tech, very thorough and friendly. My only complaint is that the appointment was for 2pm and I waited until 2:45 before I decided to call for a status. Tech arrived around 3pm which impacted my conference calls for the rest of the afternoon. We adjusted and it truly is as not a big deal because his service was so exceptional.
