Antonio was actually early (he called to tell me he would be), polite and knowledgeable.
On time, explained things well and very friendly.
The company was able to respond the next day for my non-emergency service call. The technician who initially came could not accurately diagnose the problem but elevated the issue to Jim, the field supervisor, who came later In the day. He found the issue and addressed it, all for the cost of the one service call. No parts were required. Jim was honest and helpful. Fixed what needed to be fixed without any unnecessary repairs. Counseled me on the accurate condition of my furnace and suggested future courses of action. It helps to do some research on your own so that you can speak with some understanding to the service pro.
