Thanks for the good service at 12:30 am today

To: James Bodine, We were very pleased that upon making a call at 11:30 pm yesterday, Andy, your service representative, was at our house around 12:15 am today and was able to diagnose the problem of the furnace not coming on. He replaced the igniter and was on his way in about an hour. We are having dinner guest tonight and they will be warm, thanks to Andy and your company's commitment to good service. Helpful and honest

The company was able to respond the next day for my non-emergency service call. The technician who initially came could not accurately diagnose the problem but elevated the issue to Jim, the field supervisor, who came later In the day. He found the issue and addressed it, all for the cost of the one service call. No parts were required. Jim was honest and helpful. Fixed what needed to be fixed without any unnecessary repairs. Counseled me on the accurate condition of my furnace and suggested future courses of action. It helps to do some research on your own so that you can speak with some understanding to the service pro.
