To: James Bodine, We were very pleased that upon making a call at 11:30 pm yesterday, Andy, your service representative, was at our house around 12:15 am today and was able to diagnose the problem of the furnace not coming on. He replaced the igniter and was on his way in about an hour. We are having dinner guest tonight and they will be warm, thanks to Andy and your company's commitment to good service.
