Water heater pilot light went out. I couldn't get it restarted so I called CJS at 4:55pm. They had someone on-site by 6:30pm. Turns out I'm an idiot and misread the instructions for re-lighting the pilot light. Gabe was incredibly gracious and showed me what to do next time.
