I was informed what the technician was doing, but had to ask. When informed the technician communicated several technical terms to me that the technician did not explain unless I asked him. From my viewpoint the technician was speaking another language and I think it would have been more comsiderate and appropiate for the technician to ask if I was familiar with the maintenance protocol. I was hoping that I did not have to ask what I was paying monthly for. The technician was polite and looked confident in what he was doing.
