I have always received great service from CJS, so I never thought the service could be better. Steve provided top notch, EXCELLENT service. He explained everything so well and asked if we had any problems with our unit. He walked me through how to use the humidifier by having me perform the steps instead of him. He was even friendly with our dog!

Glad I had signed up for the Silver Plan with CJS on all three of my units. One of the units started making an intermittent strange, loud noise. Bill was the service technician that arrived first thing this morning and was very thorough in doing the diagnostic/troubleshooting.
