I liked that the company called to tell me the service tech was on his way over (and it was within the timeframe they had given me). I liked that it was the same tech who had been out before, so he was familiar with my boiler. John was friendly, yet focused on his work. I liked that he had a formal checklist of items to inspect and things to do and besides checking them off he also wrote in more details at the bottom. He seemed genuinely interested in being thorough-- which gives me a sense of reassurance that my boiler is being cared for in the way I want. I didn't rate 5 stars because I save 5 stars for service that is way over and above what I expect. So far, I don't think there has been the opportunity for them to far exceed my expectations.

James was on time (came early, actually) and spent over 2 hrs. assessing my boiler, troubleshooting the "moaning & groaning" sounds I'd been hearing intermittently, and clearly explaining the options he recommended. (Unfortunately, it didn't make the sound as loudly when he was here, so he couldn't get as clear a picture of the problem as I had hoped...) I liked the way he didn't try to "oversell" me. I only gave the price 3 stars as I don't have anything to compare it to. Convenience got 5 stars because I called this a.m. and he came this afternoon!
