When I have my ac/heater system serviced twice a year, Scott is my service person. He is always professional and today he went beyond his "job" and noticed a problem with my water heater. He did not ignore the issue and informed tight away... Since the water heater is in the attic, he took a picture on his phone so he could show me what was going on. I always know that Scott is going to be truthful with me and help me with the problem if there is one.
