I was pleased with the work and how quick he diagnosed the problem. After I was told that during the Spring Inspection the drain pipe probably wasn't cleared out sufficiently I was hoping for a reduction in my bill although I didn't mention that to Tom. That thought is a factor in rating cost / pricing at 3 stars.
