I have had work done for years by Matheny and was satisfied but after trying out Classic Aire I am impressed. The technician checked every thing, then cleaned everything and spent over 35 minutes checking on our furnace. This is only our winter check-up. I can't wait to have them back in the Spring. Customer said it to quit blowing cold air for a minute. I found three low-voltage connections that were twisted and taped! I corrected wiring connections with proper wire knots. Also repaired wire connection at compressor capacitor connection. Diagnostic fee waived today. Air handler is in return cavity above ceiling, Accessed by sheet metal covers from outside of house. Found worn blower belt that is not accessible to replace. It's located on backside of air handler with no access.
