Second floor system: 1343: I found blower run capacitor extremely weak, causing motor to overheat and system to ice up. I replaced blower capacitor and tested cooling operation. Found dual run capacitor in condensing unit 22% oversized. Replaced with proper size capacitors. First floor system:3470: has bad compressor. Shorted to ground. Kitchen system: missing air filter. I installed air filter and set blower speed. Work suggested: Project manager is scheduled to price new air conditioner for first floor system. Recommend maintenance plan for three systems: $447
