The first technician who came out was still learning and it took him a long time to diagnose the problem. I had to wait for a part to be ordered. I was without air conditioning for two days and had to leave work twice to complete the repair which was inconvenient. In the end, we didn't need the part and if Roger had come out the first time my air conditioning would have been fixed on the first trip. Everyone needs to learn, I was lucky temps were moderate but I lost work time twice this week which was very inconvenient.

Had A/C maintenance done as part of the Planned Maintenance Agreement. The technician found that the dual capacitor was in bad shape so I had that replaced, and it was partly covered by the Carrier warranty. There's a lot to be said for preventive maintenance, especially when it is done by a reliable company. I've been a Classic Aire Care customer for 7 years now.

Complaint: it’s 55 degrees this morning. Currently about 64. found boiler operational at this time. Found rooftop unit showing E1,E2,E4. I resent rooftop unit. set up default cool temperature at main control to 70. Turned up VAV controllers. I set up boiler reset temp: raised lower limit and upper limit, Resulting in 25 degree higher current set point.
