Been a customer of classic aire for about 10 yrs. They are great place to have work done at. Always prompt and very polite technician. They always seem to get here on the same day I call them out, Very important to me.Never give me and bad price or tell me that I need something and I don't. I would not ever call anyone else. I also would like to give a shout out for their technician Terry. He usually comes to my rescue. But had different person today who was also great name was Tom. Thanks again.
Very professional and courteous. Explained the problem in great detail and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Always on time and extremely efficient. Very satisfied, will contact you again in the spring.
Charlie is a real Pro - also polite I will ask for this rep. again Thank you
My 26 year old furnace quit at 11pm. Called Classic Aire the next morning and talked with a wonderful lady who drove through a snow storm to get to work. Thank you. A tech arrived the same day, but the furnace couldn't be saved. The tech scheduled a sales rep to come out the following morning. He was very knowledgeable about what I was wanting and made sure the new furnace worked with my current air conditioning system. The price of a new furnace fit my budget and was installed the same day and the old one taken away. The installers did a wonderful job and left my house clean. What a wonderful difference a new furnace makes. I actually had to turn the temp down. A big huge THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to Care about me with no heat and all the guys who did the installation. I trust Classic Aire Care and will use them again.
