My furnace had multiple problems: motor, board, and wheel... add to this, the technician installed a new board that had been upgraded from the old design. It took several visits to take care of all of the issues, but ultimately, senior technician, Roger figured them out and minimized the expense. Bravo!

This started in another house on an emergency call and now in my current home they have seen me through my old home's old systems and now my newer heat and air. Superb!

Patrick was very professional yet friendly. Had a water main break so unable to check humidifier but will return to do that. He appeared to be very qualified and knowledgeable.
Cleaned and checked gas boiler. Inspected and cleaned heat exchanger. Checked flu piping and draft. Cleaned burners, pilot, and flame sensor. Checked voltage and amp draw of pump. Found expansion tank water logged. I drained system and tank. Refilled system and removed air from radiators.
No cool call—replaced fan motor and capacitor!
Customer complaint: customer has to turn thermostat up during the day to keep home from getting too cold. I found Hot air from attic is leaking into Home and down the wall that thermostat mounts to. This is causing the thermostat to register much higher than room temperature during the day. Customer complaint: system stopped blowing cold air. I found supply flex duct in crawl space disconnected! I reattached with three screws for temporary attachment. Customer plans to have work done next month, requiring removal of flex duct. Checked cooling performance. Set blower speed to match condensing unit/coil combination. Sub cooling was zero. I topped off Freon (0.5#, 410A). Suction: 141 (49) suction line: 57 to 60. Head pressure: 351 (107). Liquid line: 99.
I replaced constant-torque blower motor for air handler in attic. Tested blower operation. Tested cooling operation.
Second floor air handler: 0658: found blower motor bad. Need to replace blower motor. Work suggested: replace blower motor: parts only warranty: $304.
